Extremely clean and beautiful office. Staff were so friendly from the second we walked in. Dr. Gilbert is amazing, thorough and very honest about what does and doesn’t need to be done. I can’t say enough good things about OG Ortho! All three of my kids went through treatment here and I did too with Dr. O’Gara, and every experience has been amazing. All the doctors are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and truly care about their patients. The staff is just as wonderful, so welcoming, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. The office itself is always clean, fun, and inviting. You can really feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in. Our experience at OG Orthodontics was wonderful! From the moment we walked in the door and checked in with the very friendly and very nice front desk person, to talking with Amy the treatment coordinator, through meeting with Dr. Silvaroli for our consultation.
Dr. Silvaroli was awesome with my grandson with his first visit. He took his time and explained everything in an easy to understand manner and was detailed in his explanations as far as covering each X-ray. He answered all our questions, explained what needs to happen first and what they will be reevaluating in six months for our next appointment.
The initial consultation was at no cost. Amy explained when there is a treatment plan in place, that’s when payment begins. That was a nice surprise. Our next visit for reevaluation is in 6 months. We look forward to starting our journey with Dr. Silvaroli and team and building a relationship throughout treatment.
Thank you for taking care of my grandson! We look forward to his new smile at the end. So glad we landed at OG Orthodontics. I highly recommend!
