Dr. Gilbert is the best!! My case was out-of-the ordinary, living in Florida, we weren’t exactly sure how the orthodontic treatment would go,... nonetheless, Dr. Gilbert accepted the challenge with grace. He used a transparent and caring communication style that made me feel comfortable with our long-distance plan. He, also, supplied me with tools and supplies necessary in case of an emergency. However, I made sure to do my part in taking care of my braces so we would never be in that situation. Dr. Gilbert was there every step of the way. His high degree of attention to detail has given me an amazing smile. I am so happy with the results.The front desk ladies are the best too, they are welcoming, personable, and fun to be around. They worked around a couple of last-minute cancellations and would follow up if they didn’t hear from me, which was incredibly helpful. I am so thankful for these ladies!!!
