After 2 years of treatment, I honestly can’t imagine having gone through this journey with anyone else. At 45, I finally decided to invest in the smile I had always dreamed about — and it was definitely not an easy orthodontic case. My biggest goal was function over looks, but thanks to this incredible team, I ended up with both. I also have to admit… I was probably not the easiest patient 😅 I was hesitant to start treatment (it took about 3 months of gentle calls from the office: “Are you ready now?”), occasionally late to appointments, and definitely needed plenty of reassurance along the way. Yet every single person in the office always made me feel welcomed, seen, cared for, and supported. The front desk staff are unbelievably warm and patient, the doctors are knowledgeable, compassionate, and encouraging, and the on-call staff were amazing anytime I had broken braces — which somehow happened always over the weekend 🤦‍♂️ My only minor concern over the past 2 years was a couple of insurance billing hiccups with the billing department, though that was more an issue with my insurance company, which was not exactly eager to reimburse covered adult orthodontic treatment. Deeply grateful for this entire team and everything they’ve done for me!! Thank you, thank you!

We have had such an incredible experience with this orthodontics office! I originally followed Dr. Gilbert from a different practice, and I am so glad we did. The entire team is truly amazing. They have taken such great care of both of my children, and what impresses me most is that no matter which doctor we see, they always know exactly how to treat them. There is such a high level of consistency, communication, and expertise across the whole team. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in what they do. We always feel confident and well taken care of when we walk in. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist!
