We (my kids) have been going to OG Ortho in Reno for 2+ years, and have always loved them. We recently switched to the Fernley location, and not only is the quality of care on par with the og OG office, they can go above and beyond in a way that wouldn't be feasible in a bigger office. Dr. Silvaroli spend extra time adjusting my youngest's retainer (and not making him feel bad about not wearing it for 3 months). Jenna (one of the ortho techs) also sent a note wishing my eldest luck with a presentation she mentioned in passing, which melted her angsty teenage heart. ♡

I’ve always played lottery games with the hope that someday I will win but that never happened. Dr. O’Gara and Dr. Gilbert are two of the best in Northern Nevada!! Their staff is absolutely amazing!! Always so friendly and helpful. They really make you feel like family. Their office is pretty spectacular as well. I was a patient of Dr. O’Gara‘s years ago and when choosing an orthodontist for my kids, there was no one else I would have chosen. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I can’t say enough great things about this orthodontic office! All three doctors are truly amazing at what they do. They’re knowledgeable, gentle, and always take the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and the quality of their work.

The entire team creates such a warm and welcoming environment every single visit. From the front desk to the assistants, everyone is friendly, organized, and makes you feel comfortable right away. It never feels stressful or rushed.

I can’t say enough amazing things about OG Ortho! Both of my daughters went through treatment there, and our experience was incredible from start to finish.
